This Brutality started as a Barrel of Brutality Whiskey. After it aged for four years, we gave the barrel to Tin Cannon Brewing (RIP). They put their Punktin beer into the barrel for 4 months. We got the Barrel back and put our Mashbill #2 (70% corn, 20% rye, 10% apple and cherry wood smoked malted barley) into it for 7 years. It has a beautiful light amber color. Palate starts with warming Fall baking spices transitioning to big, sweet vanilla and caramel with a long lingering sweet finish.
