For the 10^th Anniversary of the opening of our original tasting room we wanted to do something special.  We will be releasing our first 6 year old Single Barrel.  We scoured the Rickhouse and found an exceptional barrel that has all the flavors and depth we look for in our single barrels.  We have engraved this bottle with  10^th anniversary and  2016-2026 to ensure you remember this barrel.  This one is special.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Deep amber, with long legs

Nose: Baked apple, maple syrup and sweet caramel

Palate: Baked apple follows from the nose, sweet vanilla, caramel and oak.  Big depth of flavor

Finish: Long sweet finish that lasts and lasts
