You will enjoy an up-close and hands-on experience with cooking a new corn mash, distilling a fermented corn mash, dumping a whiskey barrel, proofing and cutting a small-batch infused whiskey, charring a barrel for finishing an aged whiskey, and so much more… Breakfast and lunch will be provided, as well as an official Certificate upon completion and celebratory Cocktail Hour.
