The Door to Our Heart Is Finally Open

For most businesses, a front door isn't something worth talking about. For us, it feels worth celebrating.

Over the past year, thousands of guests have visited our new home in Manassas. They've joined us for tastings, cocktails, tours, private events, and countless memorable moments. Along the way, many have asked the same question:

"Where's the front door?"

It's a fair question.

When we moved into our new flagship distillery, we envisioned a seamless guest experience from the moment visitors arrived. The storefront entrance was always part of that vision. Bringing it to life simply took longer than anyone anticipated.

At times, it felt a little absurd.

A distillery without a front door. A tasting room without a dedicated entrance. Guests navigating side routes while a beautiful storefront sat just out of reach.

But if there's one thing we've learned at MurLarkey, it's that building something worthwhile rarely follows a straight path.

Today, we're thrilled to share that the final piece is now in place.

The front door is officially open.

More importantly, the MurLarkey experience is now as it was always intended to be as guests can enter MurLarkey directly through our dedicated storefront entrance, creating the seamless distillery experience we envisioned from day one.

Just as importantly, the new entrance allows us to return our Grain Room to its original purpose.

For the past year, many of you walked through that space on your way to the tasting room while we navigated our now-famous front door saga. What was designed to support production became an unexpected guest corridor.

With the storefront finally complete, the Grain Room can once again do what it was built to do: store Virginia grain, support greater production capacity, and help us continue scaling operations as envisioned when we invested in our new flagship distillery.

In other words, the front door doesn't just improve the guest experience.

It helps us make more award-winning bourbon and whiskey.

When you arrive, we can now welcome you into our dedicated storefront entrance and into a space designed to showcase everything that makes MurLarkey special:

In many ways, this isn't just about a door. It's about completing a vision. It represents the next chapter of MurLarkey.
